(iii) The recent raid on the local KUOKINTANG E.C cetsed a political reaction i UNGKING and a ong the Chinose Military Delegation in the Colony, but has had no discernable local repercussions. It is noted that Goneral S.K. YEE is well aware of the illegal practices carried out under the cloak of the KUOMINING organisation and even recommended to local authorities that their activities be stopped.
(iv) It is estimated that 6 armed men were involved in the inter-gang strout battle which took place at the corner of HONG NOK Road and STIGLI Street, OMLOCN, on October 14th. Casualties were reported as 1 dead and 3 wounded.

(v) There are persistent rumours that the Chinese Military Delogation in KO LOON plans an early move to HARY VALLEY, LOC LONG. No rosson for the projected movement is known. Delegation is reliably reported to be ntill dissatisfied with the treatment received by them here end with the manner in which the captured Japanese war material has been handled, and particularly with the paucity of such material.

At present the majority of the89th Division and General KÍN CIO'S personal bodyguard of about 500 men are at KOWLOCH Garden City. The 4th Division and about 200 men of the 89th Division are encamped at BHAI CHUN, and there is en overflow of the 4th Division to a comp at MANTAU, as the former place is overcrowded. The 54th Division is in camp about half way between SHAM CIVT and CANTON,
